I currently lead design operations and program management for the UX team at Project Kuiper – Amazon’s forthcoming ISP venture providing hi-speed internet to the world through a constellation of over 3,000 low Earth orbit satellites. Our team is responsible for envisioning and building an industry-leading CX for a global customer base across all verticals.
